Payment

CleanSolve ApS accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa / Dankort, Visa, Mastercard. We do not charge card fees.

Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:
Denmark - Kroner (DKK)

CleanSolve ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol which means your data is secure and can not be read by other outsiders.

CleanSolve ApS own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

Delivery

The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days.

CleanSolve ApS sends goods with the following: GLS - home delivery and  Parcel shop

Shipping depends on weight and is calculated at checkout. 

You will be able to choose between having the package sent "without delivery" or "with delivery".

You will always receive a track and trace number so you can track your package, from our warehouse and home to you.

Right of withdrawal

There is a 100-day full right of return on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. Then you have another 14 days to send the item back to us.

The 100 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

You will bear any return costs yourself, and it is you who is liable if damage occurs during transport.

If you have purchased a package and want to return, all parts of the package must be returned.

Requests for cancellation must be notified to us within 100 days of delivery and be received by us no later than 100 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.

Requests for the use of the right of withdrawal must be sent on mail: info@ safe2touch.dk or by using the standard form found at the bottom of these Terms and Conditions. The notice must clearly state your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.

You can not cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

The condition of the item upon return

You are liable for the deterioration of the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and function. This means that you must try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of impaired value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a small part or none of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back. It is up to CleanSolve ApS to assess the condition of the product.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.

We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used at the time of purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us proof of having returned it.

We only accept packages that are sent directly to the address.

Right of complaint

There is a 2-year right to make a complaint about products in accordance with the Danish Sales Acts deficiency rules. The right of complaint applies to all errors in software, material and manufacturing.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

Complaint regarding. errors and defects must be reported to CleanSolve ApS within a reasonable time after, you have detected the error. Here, two months are considered always reasonable time, if the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can refund your shipping costs.  

The complaint is dropped due to incorrect or unusual operation of the product.

CleanSolve ApS covers the return costs to a reasonable extent, if the complaint is justified.

Customer & Privacy Policy

We do not resell your personal information to others, they are only registered in our customer directory.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with CleanSolve ApS, we need the following information:

We make the registration and the transfer of your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver the goods to you.

The personal information is registered with CleanSolve ApS and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

The director and the employees of CleanSolve ApS have access to the information that is registered about you.

The data controller is CleanSolve ApS.

We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.

In addition, we collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

As registered with CleanSolve ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you request it. It can e.g. be if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were to use it. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this are directed to: info@ safe2touch.dk
